Cash Pop
In Cash Pop, you can win up to 250 times your play amount, just by matching a single number from 1 to 15. It's possible to bank as much as $2,500.
There are two daily drawings. The 'Day' draw takes place at 2:30 PM, and the 'Evening' draw follows at 9:30 PM. Other versions of Cash Pop across the country have attracted many fans, and now you can take part in Mississippi for the chance to win.
How to Play Mississippi Cash Pop
Cash Pop puts you in control of how you want to play. Here's how to fill out a playslip when you visit a Mississippi Lottery retailer.
- Pick your numbers from 1 to 15 - Cash Pop is a really easy game to play, as you only have to select one number from 1 to 15. However, you can also boost your chances of winning by choosing more numbers. Mark any of the numbers, or Pops, you want to play. You can even select the 'Cover All' option to play every number. If you opt for a Quick Pick, the computer will randomly generate one number for you.
- Decide how much to wager per Pop - You can wager $1, $2, $5 or $10 per Pop. By paying more per wager, it gives you the opportunity to win bigger prizes. Specify your chosen amount on the playslip.
- Select which draws to enter - Choose whether to play the Day draw, the Evening draw, or both. You can play up to seven consecutive drawings.
- Pay for your entry - The final step is to purchase your entries and wait for the drawing to take place. The total cost depends on how many numbers you pick, the wager amount and the number of consecutive drawings. For example, if you select two numbers, wager $2 per Pop and enter two drawings, the cost of entry is $8 (2 x 2 x 2).
Your Cash Pop Ticket
All the numbers you pick will be shown on your ticket, alongside a prize value. This is the amount you would receive if that particular number is drawn. If you've got more than one number on your ticket, it is possible that they will have different prize values. It's also possible that the same number could have different values on separate tickets. The values are randomly assigned from a range of possibilities.
Prizes and Odds
In every Cash Pop draw, there is one winning number from 1 to 15, so the odds of winning are 1 in 15 for every Pop you play. If you select five numbers, for example, your chances of winning are 1 in 3.
