Draw in Progress!
The Mississippi lotto will be the first of its kind in the state and will offer players the chance to win huge sums of money whilst also providing valuable funds for state projects and charities. The lotteries in neighbouring states differ slightly, with some running daily and some having draws twice a week, but all of them offer the jackpot for matching all the balls in the draw and multiple other prize tiers for matching fewer numbers.
As the state lottery has only just been launched, details of the prizes, odds or format of the game are yet to be decided. Any updates will be published on our dedicated Lotto page.

Supporters of a lottery in Mississippi long argued that the state was missing out on a huge amount of funding for projects that other states enjoy thanks to their own lotteries. It wasn’t until August 2018 that Governor Phil Bryant called a session to vote on a lottery bill and even that was out-voted in the first instance. A special session 24 hours later forced a re-vote which eventually passed and paved the way for a state Lotto to be formed in Mississippi. There are still many more exciting games in the works for Mississippi, so check the Developments page to get the latest.
