Mississippi Lottery Launches November Cash 3 Promo

The Mississippi Lottery - America's youngest state lottery - is observing its 6^th anniversary! To celebrate and give back to the players who've made it such a roaring success, all MS Cash 3 prizes will be tripled until the end of November.

UPDATE: Although the Cash 3 X 3 Bonus promotion was originally planned to last until November 30th, the huge player response and record sales have used up all the money allocated to its prize pool already! The promotion has instead ended on November 7th, with all tickets purchased between the November 1-7 being honoured for the promotion.

Cash 3 is a game that usually has a top prize of $500, but from November 1 through 7, that'll change to $1,500. Every prize available is getting tripled for no extra fee, which is pretty sweet. Even the smallest prize will be worth $120, which you can win with a $0.50 ticket and odds of just 1 in 167. If you've played Cash 3 before, you're probably already thinking of getting a few tickets in. If not, you might be wondering how this game works and how to play - we'll briefly explain!

In Cash 3, the player must pick three digits from 0 to 9 (duplicates are allowed) followed by a play type that determines how they need to match the winning numbers in order to land a prize. You can win prizes by matching the three digits in the exact order they're drawn, or any other order.

Players can also use the Fireball add-on for more chances to win. The Fireball is a fourth winning number that players can use to replace any of the three main winning numbers. Fireball prizes are slightly lower than main-game prizes, but that won't be an issue this November as, of course, all the prizes will be tripled!
