The winning numbers for the draw on February 15th were 2, 13, 15, 19 and 28. There were more than 16,000 prizes paid out in total, but only one matched all the numbers.
It was announced afterwards that the winning ticket was sold at Ramey’s, located at 100 Highway 11 North in Poplarville. The lucky player now has 180 days to come forward and claim their prize.
The biggest prize ever won in Match 5 came in July 2021, but that was split two ways. The record jackpot was worth $665,000 and was split between a Jones County man and a Lamar County man.
Mississippi Match 5 launched in April 2021. Drawings take place three times a week, with the jackpot starting at $50,000 and growing if it is not won.
It has already created numerous jackpot winners, and on Thursday February 17th another lucky ticket holder followed in the footsteps of the Poplarville player to make it two big wins in a row.
